ABOUT

LEIDA

LEIDA ROUNTREE

Leida brings decades of professional experience, lived wisdom, and embodied practice to her work supporting women in living well—now and for the long term.

During her career as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional, Leida worked closely with individuals navigating complex decisions about their lives, responsibilities, and futures. Over time, she observed a consistent pattern: outward success paired with quiet depletion. Capable women managing careers, families, and expectations with integrity, yet increasingly disconnected from their health, energy, and inner steadiness.

That insight was not merely professional, it was personal.

Leida came to understand that no amount of planning or achievement could compensate for a life that was structurally misaligned. Sustainability—mentally, physically, and emotionally—required a different relationship to success, responsibility, and self-care.

For more than 20 years, Leida has practiced and explored approaches that support long-term vitality and clarity, including yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and an active, nature-connected lifestyle. These practices were not adopted as trends or tools to optimize performance, but as steady companions—offering direct experience of what it means to live from a more regulated, grounded, and integrated place.

Today, Leida works at the intersection of wellbeing, clarity, and life design. She integrates her background in financial planning with her training as a certified life coach, a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, and a certified mindfulness meditation teacher to support women in making thoughtful, sustainable choices about how they live.

Her work is not about dramatic transformation or constant reinvention.
It is about alignment, discernment, and longevity.

HOW LEIDA WORKS

What Sets Her Work  Apart

Leida offers contained, high-trust experiences designed to support integration rather than overwhelm.

Her approach is:

  • calm, not urgent

  • steady, not performative

  • reflective, not prescriptive

Clients are supported in slowing down, clarifying what matters, and designing lives that can be sustained—physically, emotionally, and practically.

A CLOSING THOUGHT

A meaningful life is not built through pressure or self-sacrifice. It is shaped through clarity, self-trust, and choices that honor the whole person.

Leida’s work supports women who are ready to live well—steadily, intentionally, and for the long term.
